What is the Post Trauma Study?
Our Post Trauma study is in partnership with Healing Hearts Ministry International, and is devoted to women who need hope and healing in their lives. It is a safe place where women can openly share their struggles without fear, and work through “The Hem of His Garment” Bible Study. This study was specifically written to help women overcome the pain and afflictions of their past such as loss, abuse, rape, post-abortion and other trauma.
Why join a Post Trauma Study?
Many women have tried looking for answers within themselves or through other people’s theories, but have failed to find the hope and help they are seeking. This is because true and lasting hope, joy and peace are not found within ourselves or others, but in God who created us. This study points women directly to God’s Word where they will find His lasting comfort and peace.
What can I expect at a Post Trauma Study?
You can expect a group leader and assistant leader who will deeply care about you and are available to assist you as you work through the study. Our groups are small to allow for quality time and individual needs. Groups meet for approximately 11 weeks, each weekly session is about 2 hours long and these groups are strictly confidential and free of charge. You can expect to have homework assignments every week to help you work through your past hurts and difficulties that accompany them, and you can expect to learn about how God’s Word specifically addresses and ministers to each one of them.
