Strengthening Counselling Centre (SCC) provides practical help for all difficult life issues through Christian counselling. Many in the world have come to believe that Christian counselling has a broad spectrum of meaning and practices based on one’s own interpretation of the Bible and the role it plays in meeting the needs ot people. However, SCC believes true Christian counselling affirms that Scripture has only one meaning and is the sufficient and authoritative Word of God. Through Scripture, we have everything we need to live in a way that pleases God, including understanding and resolving the non-physical personal and inter-personal difficulties we face (2. Tim. 3:16).
The counsellors at SCC have undergone extensive training in Biblical Counselling through Strengthening Ministries Training Institute (SMTI) and are certified with the Association of Certified Biblical Counsellors (ACBC). As a result, we offer both counselling and counsellor training for all of life’s issues:
